Registration Policy

A paper will be published in the conference proceedings on IEEE Xplore only if both of the following conditions are met:

1. One author of each accepted paper must register at the Full or student conference rate by February 25th.

2. Any registered Author must present their accepted paper in person at the CISS Conference.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference (including removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.
